Libby Saddle Club hosted the state-level O-Mok-See at J. Neils Park over the weekend of September 5-6.
O-Mok-Sees are horseback games named after a Blackfoot Indian term historically describing a pre-battle war ceremony.
To compete at the state level, riders come from around the state who belong to regional saddle clubs affiliated with the Montana Saddle Club Association.
J. Neils Park was filled with activity over the weekend and was a family-friendly and enjoyable state-level event to watch.
