Kootenai River Stampede PRCA Rodeo July 31, 2022 The Kootenai River Stampede, Libby's annual Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) rodeo, was held July 29-30 at J. Neils Park. This year's funny/barrel man was Kyle Bode from Quincy, Washington. Bullfighters were Tori Ozane and Ryker Fenstermaker. The featured specialty act was again the Alberta Miniature Chuckwagon Racing Association with their mini chuckwagon races. Powered by four miniature horses, the chuckwagons are one-quarter the size of a regular chuckwagon but the speed and excitement and competition are definitely full-sized.
