Waiting for Santa The arrival Christmas Tree Lighting December 4 December 7, 2021 Libby's official Christmas tree lighting took place Saturday, December 4, with a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, the Grinch and a couple friendly elves. Caroling, hot chocolate and excited children completed the scene. Santa's entourage could be seen at various places around town prior to the tree lighting, making quite an impression for anyone lucky enough to see them as they made their rounds.
