Kootenai Harvest Festival Kootenai Harvest Festival September 20, 2021 The seventh annual Kootenai Harvest Festival was held on Saturday afternoon, September 18, at Riverfront Park. Vendors, live music, a garden-to-table harvest meal and games for kids were on the agenda.
