The Libby Area Business Association is holding several decorating contests, including Light Up Libby, a residential holiday decorating contest with a $100.00 prize (voting until Dec. 20); Light Pole Decorating Contest on Mineral and California Avenues; Business Decorating: Window Displays; and Business Decorating: Over The Top. The voting date has been extended for Light Pole, Window Display and Over the Top decorating contests to allow for families to visit the decorations.
