2020 People's Choice Winner 1934 Ford coupe owned by Gary and Loretta Burnham of Helena. A sign of the times Ignite the Nites Car Show August 25, 2020 The Libby Igniters Car Club held its annual Ignite the Nites event over the weekend of August 13-15 (always the third weekend in August). The Friday night cruise, Saturday car show and Saturday night burnout contest are highlights of the weekend and in spite of this year's challenges with the Covid-19 pandemic, the Igniters held yet another successful event. Because of the pandemic and because the border with Canada is currently closed, the car show was smaller than normal, but there were still plenty of cars on display Saturday. There were 256 entries for the show which is far short of last year's 433 entries but still enough to provide an impressive display. Added attractions this year were the Pinup Girl & Rockabilly Girl Contests. This year's People's Choice winner was a 1934 Ford 3-window coupe owned by Gary and Loretta Burnham of Helena.
