Kootenai Falls Granite Lake Kootenai Aviation Scenic Tour by Maggie Craig October 28, 2019 Bill Caldwell of Kootenai Aviation has been providing scenic air tours around northwest Montana since 2007. His specialty is scenic tours of the Cabinet Mountains Wilderness Area, but he has also given tours around Glacier National Park, and for a time also provided air taxi service. Together with his wife, Linda, they have provided a service that has given locals and visitors alike a one-of-a-kind view of this spectacular area that those of us lucky enough to live here call home. The Caldwells plan to retire at the end of this year and for those of us who have taken one of Bill’s tours, we know what others will be missing in the future. These pictures are from a flight taken October 10, after the snowstorm in early October. Thank you, Bill and Linda, for a wonderful experience. Your services will be missed!
