The Special Olympics Torch Run passed through Libby on Monday, May 8. The Torch Run is a mission for law enforcement officers to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Montana. The Flame of Hope is carried from around the state to Missoula, where opening ceremonies for the Games will begin May 17. Local sponsors include Town Pump and Les Schwab.
