Le Tour de Koocanusa Riders Le Tour de Koocanusa August 14, 2015 Le Tour de Koocanusa bicycle ride was held Saturday, August 8, to benefit David Thompson Search and Rescue. Nearly 150 participants had signed up for the ride around Lake Koocanusa, which starts and ends at the David Thompson bridge below Libby Dam.
