by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio October 29, 2013 Tammy Lauer, Lincoln County Clerk and Recorder, whose office conducts municipal and county elections was served with an injunction Friday morning (Oct. 25th) that halts the counting of any ballots in the City of Libby mayoral election until the issue of mayoral candidate Allen Olsen residency is resolved. Libby City Attorney Jim Reintsma has filed a request in District Court for a decision on the residency question before the November 5th election. There is a hearing scheduled for Thursday, October 31, in District Court. |
