Power outage puts Libby customers in the dark by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio November 16, 2012 A power outage put some 100 Flathead Electric customers in the Libby area without power Thursday, Nov. 15th, from just after 7am until early afternoon. Line crews told KLCB Radio the problem was an insulator, that failed very quietly, making it very hard to find.
