Riverfront Blues Festival August 30, 2009 Libby held its first annual Riverfront Blues Festival Saturday at the new Fred Brown Memorial Riverfront Pavilion. The event was presented by Libby Revitalization and the Kootenai Heritage Council, with proceeds to benefit those organizations and the Libby Food Pantry.
