Forest Schedule of Proposed Actions by Kootenai National Forest July 8, 2008 The July 2008 through September 2008 SOPA (Schedule of Proposed Actions) is now available from the Kootenai National Forest. The SOPA Report contains a list of proposed actions that will begin or are currently undergoing environmental analysis and documentation. Questions and comments regarding projects listed in the SOPA should be directed to the Project Contact shown in the SOPA.
