May Open Houses at Historic Ranger Stations

(Libby) In association with Historic Preservation month, the Kootenai National Forest would like to invite the public to open houses at the forest’s historic ranger stations.

The open houses for each site are from 2 to 7 pm. Posters announcing the open houses are located at various locations in the local communities.

The dates for the open houses are:
Wednesday, May 10, Upper Ford, 2-7 pm
Wednesday, May 17, Bull River, 2-7 pm
Wednesday, May 31, Raven, 2-7 pm

Hosts will be on hand for discussions and to answer any questions. This is an opportunity to learn or get acquainted with historic structures in your own backyard.
