March 7, 2006 Libby Dam reports that the April-August Koocanusa Reservoir inflow forecast has increased to 102% of normal for March. As a result of the increased water supply forecast, the Dam will be increasing outflows from 4-9 kcfs in several steps starting March 7 to meet the end-of-March Koocanusa Reservoir flood control target elevation of 2,401 feet. |
